Consulting

The ZFW team is characterized by a lot of experience in the field of engineering services, especially electronics cooling, coupled with motivation and inventive talent. With our in-depth engineering know-how and our project management skills, we are happy to support you with new challenges and to develop solutions for complex problems.

We accompany you from the first idea through to series production of your product and we are also happy to be there for you beyond that.

New impulses in your development process will help you to lower your costs as well as to shorten your "time-to-market".

We offer you our knowledge on a consulting basis as well as the complete development or optimization of systems and components according to your specifications.

With our heat laboratory, we can quickly and competently check questions relating to many physical properties. However, with our measurement setups we can also solve fluidic problems, carry out aging or long-term studies and much more ...

The terms pressure correction method, Reynolds stress, k-e turbulence model or FTCS discrimination are not yet any use for you - but you want to use simulations in your company anyway? We are pleased to support you in establishing your skills in the field of CFD simulation and in the selection of common software and systems.

Due to our close bonding of simulation and measurement technology, problems can be quickly revealed and new solutions can be worked out in practice.

Gain a competitive advantage through the symbiosis of many years of industrial experience and the latest scientific findings as well as a spirit of research.

Trainings

In addition to product-specific advice, we also offer trainings on all aspects of thermal management. To this end, ZFW regularly organizes training courses and seminars for advanced training for companies in the field of cooling and heat management. Information on our typical training content can be found on the next page.
